This shows you just how well people generally perform in competitions up to 4, 8, 12 and 26 weeks in duration. We can also see the weeks where people tend to perform best and those weeks where they start to struggle.
We hope you can use this knowledge to learn where and when to double down and focus on your goals.
We also use this information to send you helpful emails before you hit the tough times. So, if you're in an 8 week competition and we can see that half our members tend to have a weight gain in week 7, we will reach out to you with some words of encouragement.
